Every time I'm in Milwaukee I have to make a stop (or three) at Uncle Wolfie's. It's such an inviting spot with a cozy interior and in a great neighborhood. There isn't a bad seat in the house, including the comfortable bar stools. This last visit I had the McJohnny with sausage and it was delightful, not too sweet, great balance of flavor. My husband had the Wolfundido which from my one bite also tasted amazing. The breakfast potato's are a triumph here. A few days later we came back and had the Big McAllister and the Latke Waffle Chop Cheese. The burger was well seasoned and delicious, and I had to stop myself from scarfing the Chop Cheese. Everything in there worked so well together and I could eat that waffle alone any day. Don't sleep on that dish, y'all. Wolfie's also has one of my favorite Bloody Mary's of all time, I ask for it spicy and it has never disappointed. It's also super nice that you can order drinks outside while you wait for a table. Finally, the service has always been great, all the servers are attentive and chill. We've always felt right at home. Can't wait to visit again!

As a brunch/breakfast lover, Uncle Wolfie's hits the spot with a delicious drink list and an awesome menu! I've gone twice, first time with my girlfriends and they were incredibly accommodating to seating the six of us. I got their french toast special at that time and was in love with it. I went a second time with my boyfriend, I got the McJohnny and he got the johnny cakes and we loved our food. I had never tried cornmeal pancakes and this absolutely hooked me- they're so freakn' good. Ambiance is impeccable, very hip!

What a special treat. We are visiting and saw that this spot was highly rated and decided to have brunch there yesterday. We ordered the breakfast burrito, uncle wolfie's breakfast that came with the cornmeal pancake and biscuit and gravy + their ceremonial grade matcha and it all was very very good. My only note would be that the gravy is pretty heavy and would have preferred a vegetarian option but that doesn't take away from the fact that it was delish! Our server was super sweet and kind & had really lovely service + great playlist. Would highly recommend while staying in Milwaukee!

Uncle Wolfie's is one of my go-to spots whenever I have out-of-towners visiting Milwaukee! I recently brought my mom and a family friend, and as always, it didn't disappoint. Be prepared for a bit of a wait--this place is super popular--but it's worth it. While waiting, you can browse the cute little shop next door with jewelry and unique gifts, which is always fun. The vibe at Uncle Wolfie's is like a modern diner, super welcoming and cozy. For food, you HAVE to try the biscuits and gravy or the brunch burger--both are amazing. And don't miss their Bloody Mary. It comes with all the fixings and is the perfect start to the weekend!!

When thinking of a post-voting breakfast, I was laser-focused on going to Uncle Wolfie's. I desperately needed some good vibes to calm my nerves. It was the right choice because I bumped into my cousin who had the same idea! I'm proud to say that I have explored other menu items and I STILL love this place! My new favorite is the Chicken & Biscuit. The potatoes are RIDICULOUSLY delicious. This morning I decided that these are my favorite potatoes ever. When I can't stop eating them, that's when I know. Burp. Service is always friendly - they are just so nice there. I walked out without my phone and our server ran out to deliver it to me. Ope! This is my go to when visitors are in town. I recently had friend up from Chicago. She thanked me for bringing her here! You know I'll be back! It's just a matter of when - not if!

Such a cute spot for brunch and shopping at Orange and Blue Co! We had an amazing breakfast. The latke waffles are a celiacs dream come true... delicious. My husband's breakfast was ginormous but he managed to eat 90% of it. I decided to have a caramel latte after being told that the caramel syrup used is made in house. It was not a mistake. It was by far one of the best lattes I've ever had. was thrilled to be able to go to Orange and blue Company, which is located in the shop behind the tavern. Even better was the fact that I could get another Christmas gift checked off my list. They have such unique and great gifts for yourself or someone else there. The service at the restaurant was phenomenal as well as the service at Orange and blue Company. Kudos to both Sid and Sadie.

I met a few girlfriends here for brunch this summer and first of all, it's a busy place. We had to wait but got a table after about 15-20 minutes. There isn't obvious signage outside - but the name was on the door, so that's how we knew we were in the right place. Parking is on the street - whatever you can find. The food was delish. The potatoes - amazing. Just look at the pictures! Service was good. Atmosphere was busy, bustling, full. Really good, yummy, quality food. A great place for breakfast or brunch.

The wait may be a little long but the food is so worth the wait! We waited for about 35 minutes on a Saturday morning for a table for 2 for brunch. But it's great you get to order drinks in advance! We both had the specials, a Benedict made with a chickpea fritter and lion's mane mushrooms and a Carolina bbq pork/smash patty burger. Incredible! They mentioned the Benedict may be making it on the permanent menu, so definitely give it a try. The service was great and we loved our server she was super kind. We loved sitting outside with the cool weather this morning! It was my second time coming and won't be my last!

I came for Nite Wolf, when Uncle Wolfie's opens in the evening and serves ramen. Darn good ramen. I had the mazeman and an Earl Grey cocktail. Everything was delicious. I loved the decor, too--nice mix of historic Milwaukee architecture with some modern, fancy upgrades.
